Make your personal scent
A light, fresh scent can go a long way. Make your personal fragrance or cologne with a mild carrier oil, like sweet almond oil, and quintessential oils. Start with 5-10 drops per ounce of carrier oil and increase till you like the scent. A roller works excellent to apply the perfume, however, you can also use a bottle to put a couple of dabs on your fingertips and apply where you like.
“I make my personal fragrance to minimize the quantity of plastic packaging, and also for my health,” stated Rhoads. “Perfume producers don’t have to reveal the substances in their merchandise, and I find that a little scary. I prefer to know that what I’m placing on my body is safe.”
Don’t sweat the sweat
Sweat is good for you! It’s a definitely everyday function that helps adjust your temperature and get rid of waste from your body. And don’t forget that we weren’t born smelling like roses or Old Spice.
“We have become so accustomed to smelling like something else that we forget about what our bodies scent like,” said Kellogg. “There’s a difference between how you naturally smell and reeking of B.O.”
It’s totally normal to have smell. A mild scent isn’t some thing to freak out about. Your genetics, the micro organism your pores and skin attracts, overall health, and personal hygiene all have an effect on your signature smell. Let your pheromones run free.
